Football season fills my Instagram feed with a few of my favorite things — bright pops of team colors, delicious tailgate food and tons of gameday fashion. This year, in the midst of scrolling, something special caught my eye and it was then that I discovered the creator of one of my new favorite team tops, Fan Girl by Megan.
Megan's upcycled lace-up football tees are not only on trend, they add the perfect feminine (yet sporty) touch to an otherwise basic sports team top. She custom makes every shirt, so it's one of a kind, just for you and she can create one in any team. After browsing her Instagram photos of other Fan Girls rocking her shirts, I had to have one, too! The process was quick and easy, and Megan even helped me pick out a shirt to customize! I love the quality of her handiwork and I know I'll wear this top for many seasons to come.
Since fall officially began a few days ago, I was inspired to wear my new Fan Girl lace-up tee with these over-sized (yes, they're huge) leaf earrings. I wouldn't ordinarily think to put these things together, but since I bleed green and gold, it actually makes perfect sense. :) These cognac faux-suede heels add just the right amount of height and pair nicely with my matching crossbody.
